All items are handmade or made to order. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase, including sizes, colors, personalization, and shipping information. Shanley Customs is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.
Processing Times
Processing times vary depending on the product and current order volume. Estimated processing times are provided on each product listing. Shipping times are separate from processing times and are determined by the shipping carrier.
Custom Orders
Because our custom products are created specifically for each customer, all custom and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or we made an error with your order.
Product Information
We do our best to accurately display product colors and designs. Please note that colors may vary slightly due to differences in screen settings, lighting, and the handmade nature of our products.
Pricing
Prices are subject to change without notice. Promotional discounts and sales cannot be applied to previous purchases unless otherwise stated.
Shipping
Once an order has been shipped, Shanley Customs is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.
